Job Description:
- Conduct Instruction, prepare material and manage pertinent resources necessary to fulfill contractual obligations for airframe technical training.
- To conduct Airframe/Avionics technician instruction for the different types of training as per type ratings and trainings received, following Airbus, EASA and/or SAR 147 procedures and enforcing safety and quality of the training at all times. To maintain currency and feedback the Manager Technical Training and the Head of Quality in case of problems to maintain it.
- To develop, prepare and compile the syllabus and course material for technical training. Keep the course material updated.
- To review the bio-data and background of the trainees prior to the start of the course and advice the Manager Technical Training in case of anomaly and inform the Senior Executive Planner of any modification needed to the standard syllabus.
- To prepare and check that the required resources for the training are prepared prior to the start of the course (such as manuals, IT tools, classrooms…). To repair, modify and refurbish training aids/mock-ups in preparation for the training. To keep the training areas neat at all times prior, during and after the training.
- To follow the examination process as stated in the manuals. Such as: develop and prepare the examination questions ensuring these are sufficient, analyze the students’ failure rate to adapt the questions and teaching accordingly, mark and review the questions and feedback the Manager Technical Training and the Head of Quality in case of anomaly.
- To follow up customer feedback at the completion of the training and take actions when required.
- To oversee trainees doing on the job training (OJT).
- To attend new trainings to maintain currency or update capabilities as per the Manager Technical Training requirements.
- To assist and co-ordinate with the Senior Executive Planner and the Manager Technical Training to update technician training schedules.
- To support and deliver the administration steps required in the Department and to prepare the training (trainee file creation, timesheets filling and etc.)
- To follow standard procedures indicated by the Manager Technical Training and the Head of Quality.
- To assist Manager Technical Training on his duties as required.
- To share advise as expert /consultant with customers and AH employees.
- To travel as required to deliver the technical training to customer.
- To support AHM Part-145 as and when required by qualification and experience
- Aircraft Certification
- 20 years experiences in Aviation Industry. Justify Five Years’ Experience Of Field Maintenance On Airbus Helicopters For Mechanics, Or For Avionics, In Aeronautic Environment With An Avionic Specialty.
- Hold an Aircraft Maintenance engineers license acceptable to the authority
- Fluent in English Language
- Working / Travel Outside of Declared Business Location
- Good Writing Knowledge of Video Conferencing Platform for the purposes of Teleworking
